Building WEIERBAACH
This building is highly technical in design because it meets both logistical and administrative requirements. The ground floor and the basement house the regional mail distribution center and the two upper floors are reserved for multifunctional spaces that can evolve according to the needs of the Post company.
A huge double-height covered patio, accessed by a dedicated staircase, gives structure to the space while providing pleasant natural light. The interior plaza provides a bright and inviting space for communication and conviviality.
The stone and aluminium facade blends harmoniously with its urban environment and is part of a sustainable approach, as is the choice of energy management. The building features a major technical innovation: a 400 m3 ice tank to regulate heating and cooling.
