Ettelbrück One
The new multifunctional complex is being built on the former site of a cigarette factory, located in the southern part of the town, close to the motorway, with excellent public transport links and a nearby cycle path.
The building creates a new entrance to the town and is between 4 and 7 storeys high, with 2 levels of underground parking.
The part of the complex to the south is dedicated to offices and takes the form of a tower, while the part to the north has a reduced height with a variety of functions (retail areas, fitness centre, child daycare facility and restaurant with terrace).
The complex is part of an environmentally friendly approach. Materials have been chosen for their environmental impact, durability and maintenance. The design aims to achieve the BREEAM “very good” certification for the offices.
