Urban Development "Am Bëschelchen"
The urban planning concept proposes a development in the form of a campus located on the outskirts of the capital, very well served by public transport and close to the motorway.
The new, vibrant and dynamic district is based on a mix of functions and incorporates the services and facilities needed for community life. For example, the ground floors will be lively, providing space for shops, recreation facilities, restaurants, public services and day nurseries.
The six buildings are linked by a central axis, the heart of the block, reserved for soft mobility in the form of a park shared by the different volumes. This space is abundantly vegetated, open, light and sunny.
